Thanks to Andrew Marra & Alexandra Clough's investigative reporting work at the Palm Beach Post, the public became aware of the City's tactics to get their Redevelopment Plan in place during the summer months... Is August 31st enough of a delay? We need Traffic Studies done during the height of the Season, Emergency Route Studies, Skyscraper Wind Tunnel Effect Studies, more Landscape Architects' input. Not just Building Developers and City Planners.
